Operations Analytics Team Lead

Nations leading airlines company is looking for a team lead to head a department focused on operational analytics and data-driven decision making.

  • Oversee a team of analysts who perform detailed post-event analyses, highlighting operational deviations including block time analysis, and provide valuable performance evaluations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  1. Perform in-depth analysis of operational data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for process enhancement.
Analysis and Reporting
  • Conduct seasonal & ad hoc block time analysis for FSC and LCC and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimal block time management.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate complex data findings to various stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners.
  • Centralize planning reports and explore opportunities for process enhancements and automation to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Analyze historical operational data to inform strategic decisions and recommend effective flight schedules to optimize the network.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of operational data to enhance network efficiency, reliability, and on-time performance.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to key stakeholders, including feedback on block time deviation and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Support business initiatives by providing data-driven insights and analysis, including current operational planning (COP), operational planning parameters (OPP), and on-time performance (OTP).
  • Forecast impact of factors on OTT/OTP performance using predictive analysis techniques and machine learning algorithms.
