  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational excellence, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks.">
  • Benchmark industry best practices and adapt them to our business needs.">

Critical Process Management:

  • Collaborate with product development, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to optimize COGS drivers (materials, labor, overheads).">
  • Drive value engineering, supplier benchmarking, and cost-out initiatives without compromising quality.">
  • Monitor and report COGS savings against targets, ensuring sustainability of improvements.">

Quality & Efficiency:

  • Partner with Quality teams to reduce defect rates, improve reliability, and strengthen customer satisfaction.">
  • Work closely with Manufacturing Engineering to improve yield, reduce downtime, and enhance throughput.">
  • Implement initiatives to reduce rework, scrap, and warranty costs.">

Change Management & Capability Building:

  • Develop organizational capability in Lean/Process Excellence through training and coaching.">
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.">
