We are currently seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Operations Executive – GRC. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with expertise in ServiceNow administration and Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) modules.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform, including GRC modules
  • Perform DevOps activities, such as code deployments across environments
  • Develop and implement fixes for production defects
  • Monitor and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
  • Resolve ServiceNow incidents and provide root cause analysis
  • Maintain user roles, permissions, and ensure platform stability
  • Support audits and compliance reporting
  • Ensure smooth upgrades and patches
  • Automate operational tasks to improve efficiency

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC modules
  • Certifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Fundamentals
  • GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Implementation
  • Proven experience with code deployments, integration monitoring, and defect fixes
  • Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideAPI) is a plus
