Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Operations Excellence Intern with strong data analysis and modelling skills to support our operational improvement projects. You will work closely with production, quality, and management teams to collect, model, and visualize data that helps reduce waste, improve productivity, and streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and organize production, maintenance, and quality data from shop floor records.
  • Perform data modelling and analysis to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Build dashboards and reports using Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Support management with data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Standardize templates for data collection and reporting.
  • Work with supervisors to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • B.Tech or MBA graduate, passed out within the last 2 years.
  • Skilled in data analysis and data modelling.
  • Basic working knowledge of Google Workspace or MS Office (Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.).
  • Exposure to manufacturing or industrial data is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated leadership or teamwork experience through extracurricular activities in college.
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
