  • We are seeking a highly skilled Process Specialist to join our HR Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations across onboarding, document verification, HRMS, payroll inputs, audits, vendor coordination, reporting, and employee support for all entities.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR or finance, with experience in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations, advanced Excel functions, and data analysis. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HRMS changes, including employee ID creation, timesheet and leave data preparation, document verification, and helpdesk management.
  • Input payroll data for new employees, manage employee referrals and bonus sheets, and enroll employees in medical insurance.
  • Update group organization charts monthly, incorporating new joiners and leavers for all entities.
  • Prepare accurate MIS reports and dashboards for management.
  • Address employee queries related to PF, Group Health & Term Insurance.
  • Manage vendors for travel, printing, accommodation, and EPFO services, ensuring efficient processes and obtaining approval from management.
  • Compile and share weekly data with stakeholders, prepare talent work-in-progress reports, and handle timesheet data.

Requirements:

  • MBA in HR or Finance
  • 3+ years of experience in HR or finance
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint presentation

Location/Hours: Noida. Shift timings: 13:30 - 22:00 / 11:30 -20:00 on a weekly rotating basis.
