Job Title: Key Account Strategist

The position of a Key Account Strategist is pivotal in our organization, responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with clients.

This role demands strong communication and interpersonal skills to comprehend clients' staffing requirements and provide tailored solutions.

  • Manage and grow existing client partnerships within the Technology and IT staffing sector.
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand our client portfolio through proactive outreach efforts.
  • Understand clients' technical staffing needs and offer customized solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in account management within the Technology and IT staffing industry.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • A comprehensive understanding of IT environments, emerging technologies (AI), Network Technologies, and roles that support these disciplines.

Essential skills include Client Relationship Management, Business Development, Contract Negotiation, IT Industry Knowledge, and Strategic Account Planning.
