The Batch Manager Lead role is pivotal in ensuring seamless batch execution, coordination, and management. This involves overseeing operational, academic, and administrative aspects to guarantee efficient delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Bulk Scheduling & Coordination

Develop and implement batch schedules, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

Faculty, Trainers, and Support Team Collaboration

Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure readiness and monitor daily batch operations.

Team Leadership

Lead, guide, and mentor batch managers/executives to foster a productive team environment.

Responsibility Allocation & Performance Monitoring

Allocate tasks and monitor team performance, providing regular feedback for skill development.

Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with academic, operations, and placement teams to maintain strong relationships.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Ensure adherence to academic guidelines, processes, and policies, conducting quality checks on learning delivery and student support.
