Logistics Manager Position Overview

  • The chosen candidate will manage the acquisition of goods from authorized suppliers and oversee the customs clearance process in collaboration with custom house agents, finance teams, and regulatory bodies.
  • They must adhere to customs regulations and ensure accurate customs clearing costs and payments are made.
  • Responsibilities include coordinating the receipt of materials at warehouses following EVA approval, ensuring necessary SAP entries and documentation conform to standard operating procedures.
  • Effective supply chain management of bulk materials is also a key responsibility.
  • Exports to Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Dubai, and Singapore must be handled on time, including required payments and documentation.
  • Courier customs clearance for promotional samples is another essential duty.
  • Maintaining merchant export compliance with statutory requirements is crucial.
  • The successful candidate will provide input on new product development, including HSN codes, customs duties, and required licenses in India.
