Ship Chartering Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Ship Chartering Executive to manage chartering activities for our fleet of bulk carriers. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing cargoes, negotiating charter party terms, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless contract execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure cargo opportunities through liaison with brokers, charterers, and operators.
  • Negotiate charter party terms and oversee the preparation of post-fixture documentation.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of fixtures, voyage outcomes, and client interactions.
  • Analyze voyage results, evaluate profitability, and contribute to performance and market reporting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial shipping or vessel chartering, with exposure to bulk carriers.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Shipping, Maritime Studies, Business, or a related discipline.
