Job Opportunity: Sales ProfessionalWe are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Professional to join our team, with excellent communication skills and a passion for real estate. This role is ideal for freshers and experienced professionals in the industry alike.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling, networking, and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services
- Negotiate and close deals, handling client objections and providing after-sales support
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach
We offer a competitive $60,000 - $80,000 per annum salary and commission structure, comprehensive training and development programs, opportunities for career advancement, and a supportive and collaborative work environment.
