As a Sales and Consulting Professional at Altudo, you will play a crucial role in introducing innovative project management and collaboration solutions using Asana and MIRO to businesses across India. You will drive digital transformation by offering tailored solutions that enhance client workflows and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales, specializing in IT services, data solutions, or technology consulting. They should have a strong network of C-suite, VP, and Director-level connections, especially in the APAC region (India-focused).

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT services sector.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and target potential clients.
- Develop tailored sales strategies to acquire new accounts and foster long-term client relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in engineering and an MBA from a premier institute.
- 5+ years of recent experience in sales, specializing in IT services, data solutions, or technology consulting.
- Strong network of C-suite, VP, and Director-level connections, especially in the APAC region (India-focused).
- Expertise in ITES (IT-enabled services) sales with a deep understanding of the APAC market.
- Proven experience in both new business acquisition (hunting) and account management.
- Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
