We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Luxury Sales Professional to join our team at Everest Base Camp, Mussoorie. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry. They should be familiar with CRM systems and PMS software, with experience with Ezee PMS being a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound inquiries via various channels, providing detailed and accurate information on availability, rates, and packages to potential guests.
• Process confirmed bookings by collecting all necessary guest details and finalizing payment arrangements, ensuring timely follow-ups for pending payments and confirmation of bookings.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of inquiries, confirmed bookings, and cancellations in the PMS and CRM, generating periodic reports on confirmed bookings, cancellations, and sales performance for the Head of Sales.
• Coordinate with the operations team to provide guests with an exceptional experience, communicating special requests, guest preferences, and booking details as needed.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining a warm and courteous tone in line with the resort's brand standards, addressing and resolving guest concerns or escalating issues to the Head of Sales as needed.
Benefits and Salary:
As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary package post-probation, with performance-based incentives. You will also receive a joining bonus equivalent to the withheld half-salary from the probation period, disbursed upon signing the contract. Additionally, you will have opportunities for clear career progression and professional development within a supportive environment focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Estimated Salary: ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum.
