We are looking for a highly skilled sales professional to drive business growth and lead our Sales team in Vijayawada, India.
This critical role requires a strong understanding of VRF & Ducted Systems and excellent negotiation skills to achieve sales targets and manage debtors effectively.
Main Responsibilities:- Achieve sales targets and efficiently manage debtor accounts
- Develop relationships with architects, consultants, and Project Management Consultants to generate new business opportunities
- Maintain market insights and provide competitive intelligence to the reporting manager
- Increase business share from channels, customers, and influencers through strategic sales efforts
- 6-9 years of experience for the Assistant Manager role
- 10-16 years of experience for the Deputy Manager role
- Thorough knowledge of VRF & Ducted Systems
- Exceptional channel management and negotiation skills
