Job Description

To achieve optimal disbursement results with minimal delinquency, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying joint liability groups and disbursing loans to suit target customers and geographies.

  • Developing and managing a team across assigned territories to enhance business growth and deeper market penetration.
  • Assessing potential client bases and product acceptability in new regions, exploring opportunities for geographical expansion of operational areas.
  • Managing disbursements, repayments, and delinquency, achieving daily/weekly collections targets.
  • Maintaining a close follow-up on disbursed loans, especially those not paying on time.
  • Conducting regular field visits, centre meetings, and loan applicants.
  • Ensuring portfolio quality by tracking and controlling normal dues, non-starters, delinquency, and frauds.
  • Building strong client relationships both internally and externally and establishing a strong brand identity with potential customers.
  • Ensuring weekly/daily meetings and visits to centres.

The ideal candidate should have 0-5 years of experience as a sales officer in microfinance business. Basic understanding of microfinance business and JLG model working is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship management and business sourcing.
  • Sales flair and critical attributes of customer service.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline.
