This role involves working closely with our CEO on cross-functional initiatives, juggling multiple projects and driving results.

The ideal candidate will work with different business functions to solve complex problems, manage key partnerships and support company-wide initiatives.

  • Solve high-impact, cross-functional problems that don't have clear owners.
  • Collaborate with Sales on initiatives to maximize revenue.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to drive outcomes on critical KPIs.
  • Own and drive key partnerships, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
  • Lead company-wide initiatives in collaboration with HR.
  • Support strategic hiring efforts.
  • Drive revenue and capacity planning.
  • Design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in early stage startups.
  • Love all things business and sales.
  • Comfortable with early stage startup imperfections.
  • Extremely high agency and adaptability.
