We are seeking a strategic leader who can balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution, while inspiring a team to deliver excellence. As a performance marketing specialist, you will own the performance marketing strategy across all digital channels, drive budget allocation and forecasting, and partner with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel paid media strategies that drive sustainable growth.
  • Build frameworks for continuous testing and optimization, from ad creatives to conversion funnels.
  • Partner with Growth, Product, and Sales teams to align campaigns with business and revenue goals.
  • Introduce data-driven methodologies for attribution, incrementality, and lifetime value optimization.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of performance marketers, fostering innovation and accountability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with proven success in scaling campaigns.
  • Deep expertise in multi-channel paid media and advanced analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong knowledge of CRO, attribution modeling, and growth experimentation.
  • Experience in managing budgets at scale and presenting insights to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders.
  • A growth mindset: combining strategic vision with hands-on problem solving.
