The ideal candidate will possess 10–20 years' experience in business development, client relations, or staffing/consulting, with a proven track record in domestic IT staffing business development.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning solutions with business objectives.
- Develop and execute long-term strategies to expand market share and establish the company as a premier partner.
- Identify workforce challenges and deliver tailored solutions that drive success while ensuring scalability and cost optimization.
- Build and sustain high-level relationships with senior executives, particularly within Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
- Drive business development within the domestic IT staffing sector, leveraging networks and market knowledge.
- Leverage industry insights and analytics to anticipate market shifts, influence strategy, and uncover new revenue streams.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams, ensuring seamless integration of diverse service offerings.
- Maintain discipline in pipeline management, client documentation, invoicing, and compliance, ensuring transparency and scalability.
The successful candidate will consistently achieve business growth targets and contribute directly to the overall revenue strategy.
