We're seeking a seasoned Business Development professional with 2-6 years of agency experience to join our team in Prahlad Nagar. This role is client-facing, results-driven, and designed for someone who wants to grow professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure new clients using any outreach channel you're skilled at — email, WhatsApp, calls, or networking.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery calls, pitching, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Lead client calls and meetings, identify business pain points, tailor pitches to their needs, and build long-term trust.
Collaboration & Strategy:
- Work closely with the Founder and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover of new projects.
- Share feedback from prospects to help improve our offerings and pitches.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2–6 years in a digital marketing agency in business development/client acquisition.
- Track Record: Proven success in closing high-ticket projects (websites, SEO, content, performance, and digital marketing).
- Outreach Skills: Familiar with multiple outreach channels.
- Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (tech knowledge is a plus).
- International Client Experience.
