The primary objective of this role is to spearhead business expansion through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. This position requires a strong background in sales, with experience handling project business via architects and interior designers.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and the capacity to comprehend requirements from interior designers and architects.
This Business Growth Strategist will also be responsible for networking with key decision-makers, establishing relationships, and identifying novel business opportunities.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to drive revenue and expand market presence.
- Maintain robust relationships with architects, interior designers, and other industry professionals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in sales or a similar field.
- Undergraduate or post-graduate degree in Business Administration, Design, Marketing, or CRM.
- Strong understanding of luxury design and market trends.
Luxury Sales Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of the luxury design market, including trends, client needs, and competitor analysis.
Relationship Building: Foster and maintain long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, and other industry professionals to drive business growth.
New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted research and outreach efforts.
