ESG Sustainability Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced ESG Sustainability Manager to lead our environmental, social and governance (ESG) efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective ESG strategies that drive business growth while minimizing environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of comprehensive ESG reports, aligning with global standards such as GRI, DJSI, MSCI, TCFD and SASB.
  • Conduct thorough materiality analysis to identify key sustainability topics and ensure periodic revisions to reflect changing industry trends.
  • Identify, assess and manage climate-related risks and opportunities in line with TCFD recommendations, driving strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive climate action plans and strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to monitor and improve their ESG performance, ensuring alignment with company-wide ESMS.
  • Maintain accurate records of supplier performance and make informed decisions to drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Post-graduate degree in Environmental Science, Environment Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in ESG or sustainability, with expertise in GHG emission accounting and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams worldwide.
