Global Compliance Strategist Role

Drive our compliance, governance, and ESG initiatives as a Global Compliance Strategist. This role offers strategic leadership combined with local project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance to industry leaders on anti-corruption regulations and trade compliance best practices.
  • Develop and maintain compliance tools and resources aligned with industry needs and regulatory trends.
  • Design and deliver training programs on anti-corruption and sanctions compliance worldwide.
  • Support due diligence initiatives and collaborate with external providers.
  • Advocate for ESG principles by helping companies disclose anti-corruption efforts in their sustainability reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, International Trade, Public Policy, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, compliance, ESG, or integrity risk.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sanctions, or anti-corruption frameworks.
  • Proven success engaging with governments, international donors, NGOs, and business leaders.
  • Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential.
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with e-learning tools is a plus.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to integrity, leadership, and respect.
