Job Title: IT Governance and Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Governance and Compliance Specialist to lead our organization-wide compliance program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all IT activities, processes, and procedures meet defined requirements, policies, and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT Governance framework to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the risk management process to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective controls to prevent non-compliance.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on IT governance, risk management, and compliance.
  • Provide guidance and support to business stakeholders to ensure they understand their responsibilities and obligations related to IT governance and compliance.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in IT Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance.
  3. Proven track record of developing and implementing effective IT governance frameworks and policies.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
