Job Title: Power Platform Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the governance, automation, and development of our Microsoft 365 platform. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Online.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead governance and lifecycle management for Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
  • Build and manage Power Platform environments, DLP policies, and ALM pipelines.
  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to design and implement a new environment strategy.
  • Develop and support mission-critical Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and SharePoint solutions.
  • Design and build impactful Power BI dashboards and reports, including complex data modeling and troubleshooting.
  • Drive adoption of governance and best practices across business units.
  • Use tools like CoE Starter Kit, PnP, PowerShell, and Graph API to automate administration.
  • Ensure compliance with security, change management, and ITIL frameworks.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience with SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

Technical Skills:
  • Strong hands-on skills in: Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, report performance optimization), Power Apps & Automate (Workflow engineering, connectors, packaging solutions and development), Power Platform governance (ALM, environment setup, DLP, security roles and licensing)
  • Experience with: Dataverse, CoE Starter Kit, Graph API, PowerShell scripting and automation, SharePoint administration & permissions

Bonus Skills:
  • Experience with ShareGate, Jira, Nintex, Azure DevOps, CI/CD
