Job Title: Government e-Marketplace Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our government e-marketplace operations and tender processes across various sectors. This role is critical in expanding our presence in public sector IT solutions and managing relationships with government clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the government e-marketplace portal operations, including product catalog management, pricing updates, and order processing.
  • Lead end-to-end tender management for IT government contracts, including preparation, submission, and follow-up.
  • Ensure compliance with government procurement policies, government e-marketplace guidelines, and tender specifications.
  • Coordinate between internal technical teams and public sector clients to deliver tailored IT solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders and procurement officers.
  • Analyze market opportunities in the government IT sector and prepare strategic proposals.
  • Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies in government tenders.
  • Manage documentation, contracts, and legal compliance for government projects.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in government e-marketplace operations and government tender management.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and policies.
  • Experience with IT sector tenders, particularly in cybersecurity, data centers, or digital infrastructure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and tender management tools.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements for government contracts.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
