Government E-Marketplace Executive

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our presence on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. This is a full-time role based in Jalandhar, Punjab.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and maintaining product listings on the GeM portal for optimal visibility
  • Evaluating and applying for relevant tenders and bids
  • Ensuring timely updates and inventory tracking of products
  • Developing and sending formal correspondence for queries, tenders, and order follow-ups
  • Coordinating with internal teams for documentation and compliance management

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of the GeM portal and its functionalities
  • In-depth understanding of listing processes, bid management, and regulatory compliances
  • Proficiency in Excel and effective communication skills
  • A detail-oriented and proactive mindset with a focus on results-driven outcomes
