Job Title - Visionary Leader

We are seeking a seasoned executive to spearhead our manufacturing business specializing in mechanical engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elevate the company's long-term vision and growth roadmap.
  • Drive product innovation, technology adoption, and R&D in mechanical engineering.
  • Identify and expand into new domestic and international markets.
  • Ensure operational efficiency, quality, and productivity in all manufacturing operations.
  • Implement lean manufacturing practices, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 principles.
  • Maintain compliance with industry, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Own and deliver strategic financial planning, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.
  • Develop new revenue streams and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Build and lead a high-performing leadership team.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Lead workforce planning, skills development, and succession strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors on strategic decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, industry bodies, and regulators.
  • Represent the organization as a thought leader in mechanical engineering.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven success as a CEO, MD, or senior executive in manufacturing or mechanical engineering.
  • Deep understanding of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and engineering lifecycle.
  • Expertise in business strategy, operations, and financial management.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling businesses and entering new markets.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
