RVS iGlobal has been delivering 24/7 IT support to global clients, with expertise across managed IT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, consulting, and network operations since 2014.

You will be responsible for designing, configuring, managing, and troubleshooting networks that support our global clients as a Network Engineer at RVS iGlobal. You'll work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate with IT teams across regions to ensure high uptime, security, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and manage LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, routers, and switches.
  • Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring high availability.
  • Troubleshoot network outages and provide timely resolutions.
  • Implement and maintain network security measures in compliance with industry standards.
  • Support network migrations and upgrades, including cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Document configurations, processes, and incident reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT and operations teams to deliver seamless support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in network engineering/administration.
  • Certifications: CCNA/CCNP (or equivalent).
  • Hands-on experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, OSPF, and BGP.
  • Strong knowledge of firewall management and VPN technologies.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with global clients.
