Network Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Network Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.

  • Analyze and resolve complex network issues, including hardware, software, and communications problems.

  • Troubleshoot and repair network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement network architectures and technologies.

  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and issues resolved.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of network protocols and concepts, including TCP/IP, SSH, FTP, ICMP, and NAT.

  • Experience with network traffic analysis tools, such as Ethereal (Wireshark).

  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with Fortinet and Meraki firewalls.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
