Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Cloud Network Architecture Expert to lead our network team.

This senior-level position will oversee the design, implementation, and management of cloud network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, flexibility, and performance while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implementation: Develop and implement comprehensive network architecture designs, install, maintain, and manage the equipment needed to provide cloud network infrastructure.
  • Availability and Performance: Ensure optimal network availability, flexibility, and performance by proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on network infrastructure, including technical specifications, configurations, and changes.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of network engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in their roles.
  • Risk Assessment: Analyze key performance and capacity metrics to assess risks and business impact, developing strategies to mitigate or eliminate potential risks.
Requirements:
  • Data Center Experience: A minimum of 6-8 years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining data center networks, L2/L3 technologies, Cisco/Juniper routers, switches, and wireless.
  • Technical Fundamentals: Strong understanding of WAN & Routing technologies, security technologies, switching, QoS, network monitoring protocols and tools, and SDN technologies.
  • Soft Skills: Advanced troubleshooting skills, project management capabilities, self-starter mentality, motivated learner, and ability to handle a team of at least 4 people.
