Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our domestic and Middle East division. The successful candidate will be a strong people leader with experience in manufacturing setups, especially gems and jewellery or related industries.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end HR function for approximately 400+ employees across production, marketing, product development, and corporate roles. The ideal candidate will partner with leadership to drive culture, performance, and organizational values.

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, retention, and training processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and factory regulations.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and incentive structures aligned with business goals.
  • Promote employee well-being, diversity, inclusion, and grievance redressal.
  • Align HR strategy with business scalability, automation, and expansion plans.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, jewellery, textiles, or luxury goods industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and shop and establishment/factory act.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance people-centric approaches with process discipline and compliance.

Educational Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institution.

  • High emotional intelligence and people-first leadership.
  • Clear communicator, conflict resolver, and team builder.
  • Familiarity with ERP/HRIS tools, PMS systems, and training modules.
