We are looking for an experienced individual with a strong command of both Mandarin Chinese and English, a background in language education, and the ability to foster a creative and engaging learning environment that motivates users to keep coming back.

  • Create high-quality Mandarin Chinese language learning content tailored specifically for the US market.
  • Collaborate with the Content Head and other team members to develop a comprehensive curriculum that fits within the broader language learning program.
  • Utilize feedback and data analytics to refine content for maximum engagement and effectiveness, closely monitoring completion rates to enhance user retention.
  • Stay informed on current trends in language education to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the content and maintain user curiosity.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and strong English communication skills.
  • Proven experience creating engaging content for language learning, ideally within digital platforms.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in team collaboration and mentorship.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational content strategy.
  • Creative thinker who is adept at leveraging data insights to boost user engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mandarin Chinese, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
