We are seeking a talented and creative professional to join our team as a Creative Visual Communications Specialist.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of visual design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw and Adobe InDesign. Additional proficiency in software like Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects is considered an added advantage. Experience in the jewellery or fashion industry will be given preference.

The Creative Visual Communications Specialist will be responsible for creating visually stunning graphics for various digital and print mediums. This includes branding, social media, marketing collaterals, motion graphics, web & UI/UX support and photography/editing support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Branding & Identity: Logo design, brand guidelines, stationery, packaging, pitch decks
  • Social Media & Digital: Creatives for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube (posts, carousels, reels covers, banners, story templates)
  • Marketing Collaterals: Brochures, catalogues, event creatives, presentations, advertisements
  • Motion Graphics & Video Editing: Basic animation, reels, GIFs, explainer videos, transitions
  • Web & UI/UX Support: Website banners, layouts, landing pages, emailers, microsites
  • Photography/Editing Support: Retouching, compositing, visual mockups, 3D mockups (if skilled)
  • Conceptualization: Translate briefs into creative concepts aligned with brand strategy
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Visual Designer (agency background preferred)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects
  • Proficiency in:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Figma / Canva / CorelDraw (as added advantage)
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and animation basics
  • Good sense of typography, color theory, layouts, and attention to detail
