  3. Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness criteria.

  4. Supplier Relationship Management:

  5. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and sustainable supply of solvents.

  6. Negotiating favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to secure cost-effective solvent procurement.

  7. Inventory Control and Management:

  8. Ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet production requirements while minimizing carrying costs and stockouts of solvents.

  9. Monitoring inventory levels, analyzing demand patterns, and implementing inventory management strategies to avoid shortages or excesses.

  10. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

  11. Ensuring purchased solvents meet quality standards and specifications, supporting production processes and customer requirements.

  12. Maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards in chemical procurement (e.g., REACH, GHS, BIS).

  13. Cost Management:

  14. Analyzing and controlling purchasing costs to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

  15. Identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing initiatives to reduce solvent procurement expenses.

  1. Sales Target Achievement:

  2. Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for solvents to drive business growth.

  3. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue generation and market penetration.

  4. Client Relationship Management:

  6. Providing timely support to customers, resolving product or sales issues, and maintaining strong professional relationships.

  9. Getting new product requirements from existing customers and generating new leads for increased solvent sales.
