Job Title:

A Data Insights Specialist position is available for a highly analytical professional to analyze and interpret marketing data, derive insights, and support business growth through data-driven decision-making.

The role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of data analysis tools, and proficiency in visualization tools to collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple marketing channels, build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align data insights with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop predictive models and segmentation to enhance targeting and personalization.
  • Optimize campaign performance through continuous monitoring and data-backed recommendations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and compliance with organizational standards.
Qualifications & Skills Needed:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing/consumer-focused environment.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or Excel.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and storytelling skills with data.
