Job Title: Data Strategist

We are seeking an experienced and visionary data scientist to lead our organization's efforts in data-driven innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Vision: Develop and champion a comprehensive data science strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives organizational growth.
  • Architecture Development: Design and implement scalable and robust data platforms and solutions to support advanced analytics and AI/ML initiatives.
  • Model Innovation: Lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge statistical and machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
  • Data Exploration & Analysis: Lead data exploration and analysis efforts, identifying key insights and trends that inform business decisions.
  • Mentorship & Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Research & Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, AI/ML, and related fields.
  • Data Governance & Quality: Champion data governance and quality initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
Requirements:
  • PhD/Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful data science projects.
  • Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, database management, and data visualization.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
