Job Title: Learning Experience Manager

In this key role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills of our staff across all outlets.

We are seeking a highly experienced Learning Experience Manager to lead training initiatives that promote excellence in customer service, food safety, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of Food & Beverages (F&B), including liquor service standards, and the ability to design structured training modules for both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for food, beverages, and liquor service.
  • Standardize operational training across all outlets to maintain brand consistency.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for managers, chefs, bartenders, and service staff.
  • Monitor performance and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to identify training needs.
