Learning Experience Designer Job

We are seeking a talented and innovative Learning Experience Designer to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create engaging learning experiences that make a lasting impact.

About the Role:

The Learning Experience Designer will be responsible for designing and developing creative learning tools, training collateral, presentations, and case studies that showcase strong visual and content impact. You will work closely with our founder to co-create products, content, and intellectual property that align with our company's vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing interactive learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Developing comprehensive training programs that meet business objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Experimenting with emerging technologies and AI-based design tools to stay ahead of the curve

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in instructional design or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma, or equivalent design tools
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and practices
  • Interest in exploring AI-based creativity platforms
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
