Learning Experience Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Experience Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining courses on Canvas LMS, ensuring high-quality learning experiences.

The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.

  • Build and maintain courses in Canvas Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring alignment with instructional design specifications.
  • Develop, format, and organize content pages, HTML pages, quizzes, assignments, and documents as per design document guidelines and accessibility standards.
  • Create and manage course assets, ensuring they meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project requirements and specifications are met.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in technology.
  • 1-4 years of working knowledge of HTML.
  • Experience working on Canvas LMS and/or Content Management System (CMS) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of CSS, JavaScript, and accessibility standards for course design.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
