Job Overview

The role of Instructional Designer at our organization involves creating engaging and effective learning experiences for our corporate clients. This is a full-time on-site position located in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop, and deliver e-learning modules that align with client training goals.
  • Create detailed storyboards outlining content structure, interactions, assessments, and multimedia elements.
  • Use e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Vyond, and other relevant software to develop interactive learning modules.
  • Incorporate multimedia elements such as videos, animations, graphics, and simulations to enhance the learning experience.
  • Develop assessments and evaluation criteria to measure the effectiveness of training materials and make necessary improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in instructional design, e-learning, and adult learning theory.
  • Conduct quality checks and reviews of e-learning modules to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with learning objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in instructional design preferably in e-learning or corporate training.
  • Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Vyond, and other relevant e-learning authoring tools.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and e-learning best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences.
