Learning Experience Designer

We are seeking a talented Learning Experience Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of learning experiences.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and instructional technology, with a passion for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences.

  • Design Creative Learning Tools: Imagine and develop innovative learning tools that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Develop Training Content: Create training collateral, presentations, and case studies that effectively convey knowledge and skills.
  • Experiment with AI-Based Design Tools: Leverage AI-based design and instructional tools to accelerate creativity and innovation.
  • Support Digital Content: Ensure that digital content is well-designed, accessible, and aligned with the company's brand.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma (or equivalent design tools).
  • Instructional Design Knowledge: Familiarity with instructional design practices and tools.
  • AI-Based Creativity Platforms: Interest in exploring AI-based creativity platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, VO3, Kling, CRIA, design AIs).
  • WordPress and Productivity Tools: Comfort with WordPress and standard productivity tools (MS Office/Google Suite).
  • Education and Psychology: An interest in psychology, education, or how people learn is a plus.
