Learning Experience Creator

We are seeking a talented Learning Experience Creator to help us craft engaging products, from card decks and simulations to online resources and digital tools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design principles and tools, proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma, and familiarity with AI-based creativity platforms. The role requires creative tool designing, developing training materials with strong visual impact, experimenting with AI-based design tools for accelerated creativity, and supporting website updates (WordPress) and brand consistency.

Work Structure & Expectations:
