Role Overview:

We are looking for a
passionate Experience Designer
who doesn't just design but
lives and breathes the user journey
. Someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves, dive into challenges, and create experiences that delight and inspire our community.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and polished visuals.
  • Translate complex workflows into intuitive, engaging, and beautiful digital experiences.
  • Conduct user research, gather insights, and iterate rapidly to improve the product continuously.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to turn ambitious ideas into reality.
  • Advocate for the user in every decision—design for clarity, impact, and emotion.
  • Mentor others, share your craft, and help raise the bar for design across the team.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of experience in UX / UI / Experience Design.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates
    passion, problem-solving, and tangible impact
    .
  • Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and familiarity with prototyping, design systems, and responsive design.
  • A
