What You'll Actually Do

  • Strategize & Mentor:
    Lead strategic initiatives and mentor junior designers to bring innovative ideas to life while helping them grow their skills
  • Research & Analyze:
    Dive deep into user needs and outsmart the competition
  • Ideate & Collaborate:
    Create user experiences that make both users and businesses happy

You're Perfect for This If You Have:

  • 3+ years
    of UX/Product Design experience
  • Figma mastery
    (this is non-negotiable)
  • AI tools experience
    (ChatGPT, Claude, , MidJourney, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills
  • you can sell your ideas with confidence
  • Killer portfolio
    showing your problem-solving process
  • Never compromise on attention to detail and quality
    while meeting tight deadlines

  • You don't just make things pretty - you solve real problems
  • You can explain your design decisions clearly
  • You balance innovation with business needs
  • You're passionate about using AI to work smarter, not harder

Your UX Portfolio Should Show:

  • How you balance user needs with business goals
  • Your thought process from problem to solution
  • A variety of projects (not just redesigns)
  • At least 3-4 detailed case studies
