The Role

We're looking for a
User Experience & Journey Designer Intern
to join our growing team. You'll help us design
meaningful digital journeys
that reflect the real struggles, dreams, and aspirations of grassroots football communities. Your work will directly shape how young athletes, parents, and clubs experience 8lete.

What You'll Do

  • Map
    end-to-end user journeys
    across players, clubs, parents, and officials.
  • Assist in
    wireframing, prototyping, and testing
    intuitive experiences for web and mobile apps.
  • Collaborate with product, tech, and marketing teams to align design with
    ecosystem storytelling
    .
  • Research grassroots football workflows to design
    empathetic, real-world user flows
    .
  • Support the creation of
    dashboards, session planners, and data-driven visuals
    that simplify complex information.

What We're Looking For

  • Current student or recent graduate in
    UX Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related fields
    .
  • Strong grasp of
    user journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping tools
    (Figma/Adobe XD).
  • Curiosity to understand
    sports tech, grassroots communities, and digital product ecosystems
    .
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Bonus: Interest in football or sports development.
