We're building innovative solutions to simplify and personalize the education decision-making process. As an early-stage team, we're looking for individuals who are eager to learn, take ownership, and grow with us.

Role Overview:

You're the face of TEM. You'll run ads, make reels (starring you), give product demos to schools and parents (when required), and help us build a strong community.

What you'll do

  • Run and optimise paid ads on Instagram, Facebook, and Google.
  • Coordinate media buying and planning with agencies and publishers.
  • Write punchy reel scripts, shoot with team and post consistently. You are the lead in the videos.
  • Give short product demos to parents and schools when needed.
  • Help launch and grow
    TEM Intelligence Network
    : principals, counsellors, parents, UG students.
  • Track performance. Share quick dashboards and learning every week.
  • Jump into PR tasks: press notes, quotes, outreach, basic event coordination.

You'll rock this if you

  • Have an influencer vibe: confident on camera, natural storyteller, presentable.
  • Know Ads Manager and Google Ads basics: targeting, creatives, budgets, A/B tests.
  • Can write fast and clear: hooks, CTAs, captions, emails.
  • Are comfortable talking to parents, students, and school teams.
  • Proficiency in English communication.
  • Are organised: you keep a simple content calendar and meet deadlines.

Good to have

  • PR experience: media lists, pitch emails, tracking coverage.
  • Previous College Ambassador experience for any brand or service

Basics

  • Location: Mumbai preferred. Some travel for school demos.
  • Experience: 1–4 years in marketing or creator roles. Fresh creators with strong reels welcome.
  • Work setup: Full time.
