Job Title: Content Creator & Script Writer

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator & Script Writer who can develop engaging content and compelling scripts for social media, videos, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be able to translate ideas into powerful storytelling that aligns with the brand's tone and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging, original, and high-quality content for various digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Website, etc.)
  • Write scripts for reels, promotional videos, interviews, podcasts, and brand stories.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to brainstorm creative ideas and campaign concepts.
  • Research industry trends, audience behavior, and competitors to develop relevant and appealing content.
  • Edit and proofread content to maintain clarity, tone, and brand consistency.
  • Contribute creative ideas for content marketing strategies and upcoming projects.
  • Maintain a consistent posting and content creation schedule as per campaign needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a content creator, copywriter, or script writer (portfolio required).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and content formats.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, ChatGPT, or video editing platforms is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
