About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to craft engaging and high-performing content across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate understands how to tell a story that connects with audiences, aligns with brand goals, and drives measurable engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create compelling content for social media, blogs, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Develop visually appealing and brand-aligned posts, reels, and short-form videos.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to plan monthly content calendars.
  • Conduct research to identify trending topics and audience preferences.
  • Write, edit, and proofread content for clarity, tone, and SEO best practices.
  • Repurpose long-form content into multiple short, engaging formats.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual style across all touchpoints.
  • Track content performance metrics and optimize future content accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Basic knowledge social media analytics and content strategy.
  • Familiarity with design tools (Canva) and social media platforms.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and trends.
  • Freshers can apply

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in video scripting and basic video editing.
  • Understanding of influencer marketing and community engagement.
  • Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or lifestyle is a plus.
