We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing end-to-end financial operations, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate accounting records.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or accounts administration, with hands-on experience with Tally, QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting tools.

This is a full-time position that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with multiple internal teams, clients, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Operations:
    • Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain general ledger, balance statements, and P&L accounts.
    • Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations, cash management reports, and process accounts payable and receivable.
    • Reconcile financial statements, prepare invoices to clients based on sales terms, and follow up for timely clearance.
  • Payroll & Employee Expenses:
    • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, review staff reimbursements and expense vouchers, and collaborate with administration for employee travel requests and project-related expenditures.
  • Compliance & Taxation:
    • Prepare and file TDS and GST on a monthly/quarterly basis, ensure all statutory compliance filings are completed accurately and on time, and identify and address discrepancies in accounts, invoices, or tax filings.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Assist in monthly and year-end closing processes, generate reports on accounts payable/receivable, cash flows, and project-wise expenditures, and maintain both electronic and hard copies of financial reports, vouchers, receipts, and supporting documents.
  • Requirements:
    • Strong understanding of payroll, TDS, GST, accounts reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
    • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and trustworthy with financial data.
    • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
