End-to-End Recruitment Expertise

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for open positions, ensuring cost-effective strategies and adherence to organizational policies.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to support and guide them through the hiring process, including defining qualification criteria and optimizing assessment methodologies.

Candidate Sourcing and Experience

  • Utilize direct sourcing techniques to attract high-quality candidates while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Interview Processes

  • Conduct interviews at multiple stages of the hiring process, including initial screening, first-round, and second-round interviews.

Vendor Management

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors to support hiring needs.

Recruitment Data Analysis

  • Track and analyze recruitment data and metrics to ensure data integrity in systems and provide meaningful insights to business stakeholders for informed decision-making.

KPI Achievement and Process Improvement

  • Consistently meet Talent Acquisition KPIs and contribute to process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.

HR Transformation Support

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new Talent Acquisition tools, systems, and ways of working as part of HR transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an internal recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, ideally within a multinational IT environment.
  • Deep understanding of managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns for both high-volume and niche/specialist IT roles.
  • Proficiency with HR databases, ATS (preferably SuccessFactors), CMSs, and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong interviewing experience and familiarity with diverse assessment methodologies.
  • Ability to quickly build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and candidates.
  • Skilled in data tracking and reporting to support business-aligned recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken; additional language(s) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and agile working skills.
  • Positive attitude toward change and continuous improvement mindset.
