Strategic Recruitment Professional

We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive end-to-end recruitment processes and cultivate strong relationships with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the recruitment lifecycle across technical and non-technical functions, ensuring seamless execution and effective hiring outcomes.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop strategic workforce plans that meet organizational objectives.
- Design and implement sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals, and passive candidate engagement to attract top talent.
- Analyze and optimize vendor partnerships to ensure quality hiring results.
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools for data-driven insights and reporting.
- Promote employer branding initiatives, campus hiring programs, and internship pipelines to enhance the company's reputation and attract diverse talent.
- Deploy psychometric and technical assessment tools to support fair and effective selection processes.
- Implement and enhance recruitment automation/AI-based screening solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual labor.
- Track, measure, and report key recruitment metrics to leadership, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a GCC/shared services setup.
- A proven track record of hiring for engineering and support functions at mid to senior levels.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor management capabilities.
- Exposure to psychometric and IT assessment platforms.
- Experience in campus hiring and early talent programs.
- Familiarity with recruitment automation/AI-enabled tools is an added advantage.
- Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, or any relevant HR certifications will be an added benefit.
